Macmillan will be offering free HOPE self management courses across Wales this Autumn

Macmillan provides free HOPE self management courses to help people living with cancer cope with the emotional effects of their diagnosis.

HOPE is designed to help you set positive goals for your future and give you a chance to share your experiences and reflect on living with cancer in a supportive environment.

These courses are usually run across 6 weeks, but some areas will now be offering a two-day course, with a final follow-up day later on in the year.
